I'm finally getting back to your site to post a comment. It's taken me longer than I wanted because I've been busy with my various concerns. But I appreciate the comments you have left for me. In fact, your comments are what inspired me to take the more descriptive approach to my last entry. Plus, it's obvious we both have a love of the Kansas landscape, and that is why I'm drawn to your photography and sensibility as an artist and writer.
As to my ability to identify wildflowers, last year I took a class for that purpose. I decided that I had been around these plants my entire life, but I didn't know their names. Now I can identify a few plants, although I would love to know more.
My kids and niece and I all agree that your pictures here are lovely. We especially like the pumpkins--probably because of the striking color.
